Split resume template

Questions about the Split template

Why is the sidebar on the right in the Split template?

Readers scan from the top left, so Split puts your most recent experience there and keeps skills and education on the right as supporting detail. It suits people whose job history is the strongest part of the resume.

What is the boxed card at the top for?

It groups your email, phone, location and links so they are easy to find without competing with your name. Anything you leave blank in the editor simply does not appear in the card.

Is the Split resume template ATS-friendly?

All text stays real and selectable, so ATS software can read it. For a very strict job portal, a single-column template is the safest pick. Split exports as a text-based PDF with standard section headings, never as an image, so every word can be read and searched.

Is the Split template free to download?

Yes. Sign in with Google, pick Split in the editor, fill in your details and download the PDF. There is no watermark, no paid tier and no limit on downloads.
